Our craftsmanship has polished the cup mouth and thickened the material, so you only need to prevent it from falling and impacting.

Depending on the type of glass, size, and design, we use either borosilicate glass and/or soda lime glasses. All of our glassware undergoes regular Prop-65 testing to ensure Lead-free compliance.

We ask to inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please refer to our Breakage & Returns Portal and submit your order number, email used to purchase, as well as 2-3 images of the broken glass in it's original packaging within 7 days of delivery.

We have a free 60 day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging and Accessories. Please refer to our Breakage & Returns Portal to submit a free return or exchange request.
